While our AI works exceptionally well on standard residential properties (4-5 bedrooms), large estates with multiple buildings, extensive annexes, or complex layouts can occasionally present challenges for room detection from floorplans. This is a known limitation we're actively working to improve through model calibration. However, it doesn't prevent you from refurbishing individual rooms—you can still upload photos and get accurate costings for each space. The system simply may not capture every single room in very complex multi-building estates during the initial floorplan scan.
