Not enabled in the public demo due to partner/API restrictions. We’re pursuing compliant integrations. Public launch plan includes unified search, de-duplication across sources, and canonicalisation by address+agent+media.

Meanwhile, the demo accepts many agent/auction URLs and other compatible pages.

Estimates reflect listing quality and regional nuance. Confidence indicators are shown for rent and refurb.

You can adjust assumptions (voids, management, maintenance, leverage) and immediately see the effect on ROI.
